Ten Iron Man Strong Villain
Did you know that Iron Man also has several strong enemies that have never even appeared in a Marvel Studios film (at least until this articles was made)
1. Madame Masque
Madame Masque was born with the name Giulietta Nefaria, the daughter of chief criminal king Luchino Nefaria, in Rome, Italy. His name changed to Whitney Frost after his father gave it to a wealthy financier named Byron Frost with the excuse that Giulietta could lead a respectable life.
When his father was imprisoned, he became the new leader of the Nefaria family of Maggia. His role as leader of the villains brought him into conflict with Iron Man. Despite his lack of strength, Madame Masque was skilled in both martial arts and marksman. He is also an expert when it comes to planning and strategy. In the comics, the character Madame Masque has been involved in several major events such as Dark Reign, Secret Invasion, and Civil War.
2. Crimson Dynamo
Did you know that the one who makes armor like Iron Man is not only Tony Stark, you know. In the comics, Tony Stark is told that he clashes with several Russian people who also created armor called Crimson Dynamo. One of them is Anton Vanko who became the first Crimson Dynamo. He is a Russian scientist who specializes in electricity. On Russian orders, he built an exoskeleton capable of generating and controlling electricity. As Crimson Dynamo, Vanko is also assigned to defeat Iron Man on a mission. However, his efforts failed and eventually defected to the United States and joined Tony Stark.
3. Zeke Stane
Zeke Stane is Obadiah Stane's equally insane son. Since his father was defeated by Tony Stark, little Stane was obsessed with defeating Iron Man. From the age of nine, little Stane started a weapons company and then sold it to terrorists. Unlike Tony Stark, who uses armor in action, Stane turns his body into a terrifying machine.
Relying on special powers, the transformed body was able to shoot out more energy than Iron Man. Although very strong, but Iron Man managed to defeat this son of Obadiah Stane.
4. Titanium Man
Titanium Man is one of Iron Man's mortal enemies. Using armor technology similar to Iron Man in green which was adapted from another armor technology, namely Crimson Dynamo. One of the strongest holders of the name Titanium Man is Boris Bullski, a former KGB military police agent from Soviet Russia.
He first fought Iron Man during the Cold War, challenging him to prove whose technology was stronger between the United States and the Soviets. After a long conflict with Iron Man, he was thought to have died while facing Crimson Dynamo, Iron Man, and Black Widow. After that he worked as a mercenary for dangerous organizations like HYDRA.
5. Controller
Controller becomes quite a troublesome enemy faced by Iron Man. Real name Basil Sandhurst, he works as a scientist who specializes in electricity. Too big an obsession with his discoveries made him ostracized by other scientists. Until he succeeded in making an exoskeleton that gave him super strength. He was able to control the iron disk with just his mind. Not only that, he can also control someone through telepathic power.
6. Fin Fang Foom
If in the film Stark has to deal with Thanos, then in the comics the iron man is also told against a dragon. Yup, when the Mandarin was defeated, he then went to a valley where there was an ancient dragon named Fin Fang Foom and woke him up. But realistically, Fin Fang Foom is not a dragon, but an alien from the world of Kakaranthara who has appeared on Earth since ancient Chinese civilization. Even though he managed to overwhelm Stark, Fin Fang Foom was defeated with help from War Machine.
7. Mauler
Mauler is armor made by Cordco Inc as a weapon against Tony Stark and was first worn by Aaron Soames. However, on one occasion, Brendan Doyle stole it and used this armor to carry out various missions as a mercenary. But in the end, Brendan had to give up and give this armor to Tony at the Armor Wars event.
8. Ultimo
Ultimo is a giant robot found by Mandarin to defeat Iron Man. The Mandarin finds Ultimo in a long dormant volcano around the Palace of the Star Dragon.
It is known that Ultimo is an alien-created robot that has been on Earth for thousands of years. Then Mandarin reprogrammed Ultimo to become his servant. He ordered Ultimo to subdue the Chinese troops that were sent to arrest him.
Seeing Iron Man also chasing Mandarin, he also ordered Ultimo to beat Iron Man. Ultimo as opposed to Iron Man has not only appeared in comics, but has also appeared in the animated series released by Marvel.
9. Arsenal
The figure of Arsenal first appeared in the comic series Iron Man # 114 which was released in 1978. He is told as a robot created by a group of scientists led by Howard Stark during World War II. Howard also pinned a mysterious program called Mistress on the robot.
When the allies won the war, Arsenal was kept in a secret storage. But Arsenal accidentally activated itself and caused chaos.
As a great robot, Arsenal has super strength and endurance. It can also fire a laser beam through its eyes. In fact, he also has an weapon system stored in his body.
10. Mandarin
Mandarin was first introduced through Iron Man 3. Although the character played by Ben Kingsley turns out to be an actor named Trevor Slattery who was paid by Aldrich Killian to pretend to be Mandarin. But Iron Man fans still hope that Iron Man can actually face the real Mandarin.
In the comic version, Mandarin is actually very powerful and becomes an enemy that Iron Man is hard to beat. Mandarin is a counterfeit to Ironman because they both have intelligence and use technology to fulfill their goals.
Mandarin can also take advantage of the ability of 10 rings, each of which has different powers. Starting from emitting laser light, manipulation of magnets and gravity, poisonous gases, to manipulating thoughts.
He found the rings in the wreckage of a ship owned by an alien dragon from Maklu IV named Axonn-Karr. In one of the Ironman comics, there is a story about the origin of 10 people who have each of their own rings before falling into Mandarin's hands.
Those are some of Iron Man's enemies in comics that have never appeared in the MCU. Hopefully Marvel Studios makes another solo film for Iron Man, guys. Keep up with Dunia Games for more interesting information about superheroes.
